Billy Dee Williams & Teruko Nakagami—50 years

In 2019, Billy Dee Williams reprised his character Lando Calrissian in the Star Wars franchise, The Rise of Skywalker. As such, many recalled his best performances as an actor and also his personal life. Billy has been married several times until he met his perfect match with the Japanese-American, Teruko Nakagami – his third wife.

Billy and Teruko got married in December 1972. Not much is known about how they met, but it was pretty clear that the two are compatible. Near their fifty years together, the couple were not excused from meeting marital problems that nearly caused them to separate. In 1993, Teruko phoned his attorney to file their separation papers but apparently, things worked on a different course. Billy and Teruko worked things out and got back together in 1997. Now, the couple is inseparable and must have realized that they are soul mates.
