Sam Elliott

Sam Elliott started his career in Hollywood by doing Westerns in the later part of the 1960s. His first credited role was in Judd for the Defense. He got a part in the Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Elliott later bagged the lead role for the TV series Mission: Impossible as well as in I Will Fight No More Forever. It was in Lifeguard that many believe was his breakout role. He was also in The Sacketts together with Tom Selleck. It was also where the two became friends.

Elliott has worked on several more film projects like The Shadow Riders, Mask, A Death in California, Road House, and more. He went back to doing Western in Tombstone. His career continued to thrive in 2000 where he lent his voice in Barnyard. The actor may have slowed a bit lately, but it doesn’t mean that he has retired already. He is still thriving in the entertainment industry and his investment money is a sure sign that he is enjoying earning for his family.
