Billy Dee Williams

How can anyone forget Billy Dee Williams these days? The actor rose to fame for playing the role of Lando Calrissian in the sci-fi movie Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back. He worked with Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford in this franchise, which became a cult classic. Williams did take on other roles after his time in Star Wars, but they were mostly minor roles. His other works included playing District Attorney Harvey Dent in the first Batman movie.

Williams may not be as popular as his fellow co-stars, but he has found success as a painter. Most of his investment money was from his paintings which were even displayed in National Air and Space Museum and other galleries. He did reprise his role as Lando Calrissian in the new Star Wars trilogy which is not surprising given that he is quite protective of his character. Time will only tell if he is going to be working on more Star Wars movies in the long run.
